A child was being changed on a changing table. Staff member is seen on camera turning back and take 2 steps away from the changing table. Staff members hands are not on the infant. The infant rolled off the table while staff members back was turned. This was a very brief moment (2-3 seconds). A major injury occurred to the infant as a result of the fall.
