The family child care and outdoor play area must be free of clutter, accumulation of refuse, standing water, unprotected wells, debris, and other health and safety hazards. The couch area, entryway, and kitchen area were cluttered. The couch had items stacked at a height that if knocked over could injure children. Kitchen sink had dirty dishes and counter top had a bowl of noddle salad that Alexis stated was from the night before. Entryway had open cellophane packaging that could be a danger to infants.
