This center currently operates with a three (3) star license issued on 3/13/2018. The center is only providing before school and after school care. Upon arrival S. Williams, Lead Teacher was present and assisted with the visit. No children were in attendance during the visit. The last sanitation inspection was completed on 12/3/2025 with a “Superior” classification. The last fire inspection was completed on 3/20/2025, and the center was approved for day and nighttime care. The last annual compliance visit was conducted on 2/12/2025. I used the Annual Compliance Monitoring Checklist for Child Care Centers and the Child Care Center Item Number Listing as a basic monitoring tool to assess compliance with all applicable child care requirements pertinent to this facility. Ten percent of staff records, ten percent of children’s records, and all program records were monitored. All children’s records, and program records were found to be in compliance. Four (4) violations were documented for staff records. The outdoor play area was monitored and one (1) violation was documented. The following violations of child care requirements were documented today. Violation Number Comment Rule 856 The indoor and/or outdoor premises was not checked once a day, prior to initial use, ensuring debris, and broken equipment was removed and disposed of. This program continues to meet enhanced ratio and enhanced space requirements. Three (3) children were observed in care today. Children were engaged in morning activities, free-choice play, interacting with caregivers, and handwashing and toileting routines. All interactions between the staff and children were warm and nurturing. The following requirements were monitored during today's visit: Staff/Child Ratio, Supervision, Specialized trainings, Storage of Hazardous Products, Storage of Medication, Adequate/Approved Space, General Safety, Staff Records, Program Records, and License Posted and Permit Restrictions. I used a checklist as a basic monitoring tool to assess compliance with all applicable childcare requirements pertinent to your program. I used a checklist as a basic monitoring tool to assess compliance with all applicable childcare requirements pertinent to your program. The last sanitation inspection was completed on 12/15/2023 with a “Superior” classification. The last fire inspection was completed on 2/14/2024 and the center was approved for daytime care only.
