Name of Operation: ANOINTED DAYCARE Facility ID: 92002378 Consultant: KIMBERLY WIMBERLY Operation Type: Family CC Home Case Number: Visit Date: 12/3/2025 Number Present: 5 Completed Date: 12/3/2025 Age: From 1 To 3 Total Minutes: 75 Time In: 11:00 AM Time Out: 12:15 PM Time In: Time Out: List to Use: Family CC Home Type Of Visit: Routine Unannounced Announced/Unannounced: Unannounced The purpose of todays unannounced visit was to monitor child care requirements during a Routine Unannounced visit. Todays visit was conducted with Anna Wiggins, owner/operator. The FCCH operates with a 2 STAR rated license and is licensed to care for eight children ages 0-12 years old and no more than five children present can be preschool age. During todays visit, there were five preschool aged children observed present. The children were observed playing with various toys in the child care area. The child care area is in the Family Room of the home. Outside play is in the fenced back yard. Capacity and supervision were observed in compliance. Caregiver interactions were observed to be warm and nurturing. There are no Infants enrolled at the FCCH as of today’s visit. The license and all required documents were observed posted. A partial review of provider records was conducted. Criminal background check qualifying letters were current and on file for Ms. Wiggins as well as her husband who resides in the home. I discussed with Ms. Wiggins that I do not see that she has set up a ABCMS Portal for Anointed Daycare and linked herself and her husband to it. Ms. Wiggins stated she thought she had completed that task but will look when she puts the children down for nap time. Program records were also reviewed and it was observed that fire drills, EPR drill and outdoor playground inspections were all in compliance. Arrival and departure times are documented on a clipboard located at the entrance to the FCCH. Lead water testing was completed on 8-16-24. Ms. Wiggins is exempt from lead-based paint and asbestos testing due to the age of the home. The following items were observed posted: Emergency Medical Care Plan, Safe Sleep poster, First Aid Information Sheet, and Emergency Telephone Numbers. CPR, First Aid and SIDS were all monitored and observed to be in compliance. Ongoing requirements were not monitored. All hazardous items were observed locked up or out of reach of the children. Ms. Wiggins stated she does not do medications and there are no children on emergency medications at this time. Transportation requirements were not monitored due to the fact that Ms. Wiggins is not approved to provide transportation. One item of non compliance regarding criminal background checks was observed and must be corrected. A correction letter stating how the violation was corrected is due to me no later than 12-17-25 and can be e-mail or mailed to me at the address at the end of this report. Violation Number Comment Rule 1847 A child care operator did not notify the Division of any new child care providers, as defined in G.S. 110-90.2(a)(2), who were hired or moved into the child care facility within five business days.
