Alycia Revels, Lead Teacher assisted me with the visit. The program operated with a 5-Star License, issued October 19, 2017, earning seven points in the education component, seven points in the program component, and one quality point for complying with a programmatic option. License restrictions include daytime care only, meets enhanced ratios minus one, and meets enhanced space. The last annual compliance visit was conducted November 19, 2024. The sanitation inspection was completed September 17, 2024, with a “Superior” classification. The last fire inspection was conducted March 12,2025, and your facility was approved for daytime care only. You visited each indoor and outdoor space with me. Children were observed children during rest time, transition, and personal care routines. The Teachers were observed interacting with children during today's visit. Age-appropriate materials and equipment were accessible to children. Children were adequately supervised. Violation Number Comment Rule 104 Center has not passed required sanitation inspection and received an approved or superior rating. The sanitation inspection on file was dated September 17, 2024. The Title One Preschool Coordinator has requested a Sanitation Inspection from Robeson Environmental Health Dept. 10A NCAC 09 .0304(b) Child Care programs are expected to achieve and maintain compliance at all times and are required by NC GS 110-90(4) (d) to achieve and maintain an eighteen-month compliance history score of at least seventy-five percent. The violation documented must be corrected immediately. On or before November 3, 2025, I must receive a written, dated, and signed compliance letter that describes accurately and in detail how and when the violations were corrected. Please be aware that any information submitted by you is considered legal documentation. If it is determined the information provided in the letter is not true, this may be considered falsification of information. If sufficient information is not received by the due date, a follow-up visit will be conducted. During that meeting Ms. Flanagan stated they are exploring pathway #3, accreditation. A determination will be made once the coordinators have reviewed and met with each accreditation agency. At the completion of the visit, this visit summary was printed, reviewed, and a copy was left with you.
