    Name of Operation: PINEY GROVE PRIME TIME Facility ID: 78000319 Consultant: NAKITA BELLAMY Operation Type: Center Case Number: Visit Date: 3/11/2025 Number Present: 13 Completed Date: 3/11/2025 Age: From 5 To 10 Total Minutes: 90 Time In: 02:30 PM Time Out: 04:00 PM Time In: Time Out: List to Use: Center Type Of Visit: Annual Comp Full Announced/Unannounced: Unannounced The purpose of today’s visit was to monitor compliance with applicable childcare requirements pertinent to a routine unannounced visit. Doritae Shipman, Site Director, assisted me with the visit. The program operated with a 3-Star License, issued October 5, 2017, earning seven points in the education component, two points in the program component, and zero quality point. License restrictions include Daytime care only, Playground does not meet child care safety standards, and Meets enhanced space. The last annual compliance visit was conducted March 20, 2024. The sanitation inspection was completed January 4, 2024, with a “Superior” classification. The last fire inspection was conducted on December 2, 2024, and your facility was approved for daytime care only. Children observed were transitioning to after school care, personal care routines, and free play activities. Age-appropriate materials and equipment were accessible to children. Children were adequately supervised Violation Number Comment Rule 104 Center has not passed required sanitation inspection and received an approved or superior rating. The last sanitation inspection and received is dated January 4, 2024. The Prime Time coordinator has requested a sanitation inspection from Robeson county Environmental Health Services. 10A NCAC 09 .0304(b) Child Care programs are expected to achieve and maintain compliance at all times and are required by NC GS 110-90(4) (d) to achieve and maintain an eighteen-month compliance history score of at least seventy-five percent. Any violation(s) documented may impact the compliance history score. The violation documented must be corrected immediately. On or before March 25, 2025, I must receive a written, dated, and signed compliance letter that describes accurately and in detail how and when the violations were corrected. Please be aware any information submitted by you is considered legal documentation. If it is determined the information provided in the letter is not true, this may be considered falsification of information. If sufficient information is not received by the due date, a follow-up visit will be conducted.
