L. Moore, Lead Teacher assisted me with the visit. The program operated with a five star license, issued January 29, 2018, earning seven points for education, seven points for program standards, and one quality point for complying with a programmatic option. License restrictions include daytime care only, meets enhances ratios minus one, meets enhances ratios, and meets enhances space. The last annual compliance visit was conducted November 18, 2024. The sanitation inspection was completed May 6, 2024, with a “Superior” classification. The last fire inspection was conducted February 18, 2025, and your facility was approved for daytime care only. Children were observed during teacher lead activities, free play activities, personal care routines and lunch. The Teachers were observed interacting with children while they played. Proper hand washing techniques procedures were observed. Age-appropriate materials and equipment were accessible to children. Children were adequately supervised. Lunch consisted of chicken sandwich, cheese, sweet potato fries, baked beans, cheese, peanut butter, jelly, bread and milk. The following violation was observed during today's visit. Violation Number Comment Rule 104 Center has not passed required sanitation inspection and received an approved or superior rating. The last sanitation inspection on file is dated May 6, 2024. The Preschool school Title one coordinator has requested an inspection from Robeson County Environmental Health Dept. 10A NCAC 09 .0304(b) Child Care programs are expected to achieve and maintain compliance at all times and are required by NC GS 110-90(4) (d) to achieve and maintain an eighteen-month compliance history score of at least seventy-five percent. Any violation(s) documented may impact the compliance history score. On or before November 6, 2025. I must receive a written, dated, and signed compliance letter that describes accurately and in detail how and when was corrected. Please be aware any information submitted by you is considered legal documentation. If it is determined the information provided in the letter is not true, this may be considered falsification of information. If sufficient information is not received by the due date, a follow-up visit will be conducted.
