Your last visit was on 8-6-25. The FCCH operates with a 4-STAR license that was issued on 2-13-25. My visit was conducted with, you, Wendy Tucker, Provider. Upon arrival, four children were present and preparing to go outside. The primary care area is on the lower level of the split-level home. I monitored posted documents, equipment, furnishings, capacity, supervision, discipline safety requirements, one new child’s file and program files. You stated there are no medications for the children in the home. **VERIFICATION OF RECORDS: *I reviewed the NC Secretary of State’s website and observed the owner of the facility (Early Excellence Christian Academy, LLC) is listed as current-active. *You completed the asbestos test and need to complete the lead water test. Once you submit the water samples, follow up on the test results. To maintain compliance with NC laws and rules regarding childcare operation, the following violation must be corrected immediately.
