Permit restrictions, supervision and capacity were observed in compliance. I was greeted by Ms. Tessie Mckoy, provider. I monitored five children’s files. I monitored the operator’s file. Sanitation inspection was conducted on 1/31/2025 with 8 demerits. There were four children in attendance today. The children were observed participating in breakfast, story time and free play. The provider does not provide transportation. The playground was monitored today. The FCCH and Centers Located in a Residence Operator’s Statements of Responsibility form and Verification of Required Information for Operator and Additional Caregivers form were completed. Ms. McKoy is the only individual to reside at the home. There were 8 violations cited today. Violation Number Comment Rule 716 Electrical outlets not in use were not covered.
