Infant Bottles: A violation was cited today because one infant was served a bottle without identifying information listed. Each infant shall be served only bottles labeled with their individual name. I observed one child using a bottle that did not have a name. This is important for health and safety reasons to ensure that children are only using bottles labeled for them.
