I conducted a walk-through of the facility unaccompanied During the visit, I discussed the allegations with Krystal Jordan, Owner/Administrator, and three additional staff members. Limited monitoring of child care requirements occurred during today’s visit. The following violation was observed during today’s visit. Violation Number Comment Rule 1756 Enhanced staff/child ratios and group sizes were not met. During today's visit, one caregiver was providing care to 12 children ages three to five years old. This was corrected during the visit. 10A NCAC 09 .2818 The violation was corrected during the visit.
