Equipment in the outdoor play area, the Orange and Blue Dump Truck, was not in good condition as evidenced by the top of the dump truck was cracked and had jagged edges. Children could become injured if picking up or playing with the truck.

The white top had three screws that were over screwed into the table and were sticking out of the table top. Children had access to the table top, children could become injured from the screws sticking out of the table top.

Equipment in the outdoor play area, the 3 pink shovels , was not free of sharp, loose or pointed parts as evidenced by two of the pink shovels were missing handles and one of the pink shovels was missing the shovel part. The shovels had sharp edges on the handles and scoops. Children can become injured from the sharp edges of the shovels if played with.
