A child was left without competent supervision as evidenced by on July 1, 2025, roughly around 10:00 AM, the Two-Year-Old Classroom went outside to play. While going into the building, staff counted ten children. One child, two years of age was not counted and left behind on the playground. Kim Walton, Caregiver for the Three- Year- Old Class immediately observed the child roughly around 10:24 AM. The child did not have any injuries. The child was immediately re-united with their class.
