A child was left without competent supervision as evidenced by a child, age 3, was reportedly in the bathroom changing while his teacher, Alaisa Meade, took the rest of her class outside to the playground. This happened around 10:10am. Another teacher, Jay, was walking past and found the child had returned to his empty room and was alone in the classroom. Mr. Jay took the child outside and returned him to his teacher. The director said that it is unknown how long the child was left alone but the teacher, Alaisa, states they had just made it outside when Mr. Jay brought the child out.
