Hazardous items as follows were accessible to children: a hair spray bottle and a charging cord. The item(s) was/were located in a preschool for 4-5 years old children in a drawer that is easily accessible to a children, presenting possible hazards of hurting eyes/poisoning, entangling/choking with the cord .
