A child was left without competent supervision as evidenced by a 4-year-old child was left without competent supervision when he was left on the playground for 8 minutes. At 3:14 pm caregivers Karen Hammond and Alayna Resinger were lining up with their class to come inside when the child went and hid. The caregivers saw him through the classroom window and went to the door to let him in. Parents were notified.
