Children were left unattended in a vehicle as evidenced by on 2/6/25, van driver, Gina McGee, arrived at the facility at approximately 4:20pm, at approximately 4:26pm Child A's mother arrived to pick up the child. The program coordinator contacted the classroom via walkie talkie and was informed that the child had not arrived in the classroom, at this time it was believed that the child was still at the school. Parent A arrived at the school, Child A was not at the school and school personnel reviewed cameras. Child A was seen boarding a facility van after school. The school contacted the facility, the staff did a check of the van and at approximately 4:50pm, Child A was found asleep on the facility van .
