The floors located in the upstairs bathroom next to the office was/were not finished with material which can be cleaned easily as evidenced by along the baseboard heater, the finish was rusty and needs to be sanded down and refinished to make it cleanable.

The walls located in the boys and girls bathroom located downstairs, in the upstairs classroom, in the upstairs eating area was/were not in good condition as evidenced by there was peeling paint on the walls behind the toilets in each of the boys and girls bathroom, in the upstairs classroom on the peach wall by the back exit door there was patch of peeling paint and in the upstairs eating area under the window facing the parking lot there was a crack with peeling paint.

Specifically the area located right outside of the school age door and an area between the concrete track and climber with yellow slide.

The chain link fence is not attached to the stable bar across the top of the fence creating a situation where the chain link has drooped down creating the large opening at the top of the fence. This section of fence is located on the preschool playground in the back left corner facing the school.
