The complainant reported overhearing Ms. Millage telling Child A "if you don't stop touching the headphone jack, I'm going to slap you" during a zoom meeting. Ms. Millage admitted that she told Child A that she was going to slap him because he was playing with his headphones during his zoom class. Ms. Millage stated that Child A was not paying attention during his online class, but she states that she did not slap him. Child A's Mother stated that she was informed about the incident with Ms. Millage by the complainant. Ms. Millage admitted to Child A's Mother that she told him that she would slap him if he did not stop touching his headphones. Ms. Millage told Child A's Mother that she kept putting Child A's headphones back on, but he would keep taking them off. Child A's Mother stated that the plan is for Child A to remain in Ms. Millage's care until Child A's preschool reopens. Child A enjoys going to Ms. Millage's home and playing with the other children. Child A's Mother stated she has not had a bad experience with Ms. Millage. I contacted Child B's Mother whose daughter Child B (female, age 4 years) is enrolled in care with Marilyn Millage. Child B's Mother stated that Child B has been in the care of Ms. Millage since she was 3 months old and she has never had any concerns about her care. I attempted to contact Child C's Mother who has a child in enrolled in care with Ms. Millage. I left a voicemail message, but I did not receive a return call.
