On July 27, 2021, I made an unannounced onsite inspection to the child care home. I made Ms. Nedda Imran aware of the allegations in the complaint. Ms. Imran stated that she has never had 15-20 child care children in her home and does not know why anyone would say that. At the time of the inspection Ms. Nedaa Imran had eight children present with herself and her assistant caregiver Ms. Jamilla Imran. Seven of the children were child care children and the eighth child was Minor Household Member 1 (MHM 1) (male, age 11 years old). 2 During the onsite inspection I reviewed the attendance records from June 26, 2021, June 28, 2021, and July 1, 2021. On June 26 2021, there were four child care children signed in to the child care home. On June 28, 2021, there were 10 child care children signed into the home, and on July 8, 2021, there were eight child care children signed in to the child care home. Ms. Imran has a total of 13 children enrolled in her childcare. During the onsite inspection Mr. Yousef Imran arrived home. Mr. Imran stated that his wife has never had more than 12 children present in the home at one time. He also pointed out that Ms. Nadaa's assistant caregiver Ms. Jamilla Imran is a household member and is always there assisting with the care of the children. On December 1, 2021, I conducted a follow up onsite inspection and exit conference with Ms. Nedaa Imran. At the time of the onsite inspection there were 11 child care children present with two personnel. On January 12, 2022, I called Child B's Mother. Child B (female, age 4 years) attended the child care in 2021. Child B's Mother stated, "Twelve is a large number and I would remember if I ever saw that many children. I have never seen a large number of children in the home."
