Ms. Brown did not cooperate with the investigation and furnish all reasonable facilities for a thorough examination of its books, records and reports. She was repeatedly asked to provide child information cards with parent contact information, attendance records and contact information for however, she did not provide this information. Ms. Brown has not allowed me or into the child care home by refusing to schedule an on-site inspection.

Ms. Brown did not provide accurate and truthful information to the department throughout this investigation. During interviews, Ms. Brown has stated the man in the home on 12/14/2020 was not and later stated that there was 20 not a man in the home on that day. This contradicts interviews from witnesses and information in incident report 20-030633 that indicates male and female voices could be heard. When we asked Ms. Brown about who was she said, "I don't know." When informed that there is documentation that she stated , she said this was not true." Ms. Brown denied that she has had contact with in the last year. This contradicts information from = parents and children in care as well as police records indicating that has been in the home and Ms. Brown contacted 911 for assistance. Ms. Brown denied caring for children during the weeks of 0110312021 and 01110/2021; however, Child G's Mother stated that Child G was most recently under Ms. Brown's care on 01/0512021, 01/07/2021, and 01/11/2021.
