On 9/12/2025, Child A left the child care home sometime after 3:00AM and walked to a gas station .4 miles away, arriving at 2 LANDMARK BUILDING • 105 W. ALLEGAN STREET • LANSING, MICHIGAN 48933 Michigan.gov/MiLEAP approximately 3:30AM. Child A crossed five lanes of traffic going east to west at a speed limit of 45 MPH and another five lanes of traffic going north and south at 40 MPH. Ms. Temesgen did not realize he left the home until 5:20AM.
