  Based on the interviews that were conducted and the video footage that was reviewed, there is evidence to support that the center did not provide appropriate care and supervision when Child A was left unsupervised in the school building from 8:06 a.m. to 8:12 a.m. when the CCSMs and the other children went outside on the playground.
