According to Karah Rowe, this is the second year Child A and Child B have attended preschool at Wayland Head Start. She has never witnessed between students nor has another student or parent ever disclosed concerns o contact to her. Child A and Child B both have concerns and require constant supervision. Child A and Child B are not friends, do not sit together and do not spend time with one another outside of preschool. Ms. Rowe has observed Child A and informed him There is a bathroom located inside the classroom. Only one child may use the bathroom at a time and a staff member waits outside the door while in use. CCSM1 has never witnessed contact between Child A and Child B. CCSM1 informed me that Child A and Child B both have big personalities, and all eyes are on them when they are near one another. CCSM2 stands next to the bathroom when in use and only allows one child at a time. The classroom was observed to be an open floor plan with minimal blind spots. Child C's Mother did not express any concerns with the care and supervision Wayland Head Start provides. She went on to state that staff are very attentive and communicative.
