The staff did not provide appropriate care of Child A. A total of eight different foot art projects were completed with Child A within a timeframe of 15-20 minutes. Each time a process involving multiple steps which included wiping, washing, drying, and re-painting the foot was completed. This process was completed for each project even when other projects used the same color paint and when Child A became fussy.
