Mrs. Russo stated she was not aware of any issues with handwashing. None of the child care staff have brought to her attention that any particular staff were having issues washing their hands or washing the hands of the children. She has not observed other child care staff members not washing their hands or the hands of the children. 3 I entered the infant's room and interviewed Ms. Media. Ms. Media was currently diapering Child H (14 months-old). I observed Ms. Media washing both her hands and Child H's hand once diapering was completed. She stated in the infant room child care staff members are washing their hands as required. The children's hands are washed before meals and sometimes after meals as it can get messy. She has not observed anybody in her classroom not washing the children's hand or washing their hands. I interviewed Ms. Jackson stated she works in the toddler one classroom. She been there since July of 2021. Child care staff members and children's hands are washed before meals, after diapering, and when they return from outside. She has not observed any child care staff members not washing their hands as required. She was unaware of any complaints from parents in regard to this matter. I interviewed Ms. Sewell.
