During the onsite inspection, I observed a child in the toddler classroom standing on a toddler table and jumping up and down. I also observed another child in the toddler room climb a shelf to pull a large bin of equipment down causing the bin to fall to the floor.

During the 05/09/2025 onsite inspection, I observed three infants awake and standing in their cribs while other children were on the floor playing. Child care staff members explained that the children were fighting so they were placed in the cribs to keep them apart.
