On February 12, 2026, Teacher 2 left Child A and four other children alone in the gym while she took children to the bathroom located in the hallway outside of the gym. This was after Child A told Teacher 2 that she had been hit in the head by a ball.

On 4/24/25 from 3:20 - 3:40pm, in front of the other children and staff, I observed Ms. Fowler raising her voice and using a harsh tone with a male child who had arrived late to the room. While the others were sitting appropriately, she continued complaining loudly about an array of child behaviors that she does not tolerate. A female child, who requested to remain anonymous, told me privately that Ms. Fowler is unnecessarily mean to her and other children. On that day, Ms. Fowler's methods of verbal discipline were counter-productive and did not encourage self-esteem or cooperation in the children.
