Teacher 1 denied ever yelling at children or speaking harshly to them. Teacher 2, LD, and SM all denied that Teacher 1 ever yells at the children. Child A's Father, Child B's Mother, and Child C's Mother had no complaints against Teacher 1.

Lead Teacher completed an incident/accident report regarding Child A's injury and informed Child A's Father at pick up about what happened to Child A that day.

Child A was given his snacks and lunches that were provided by his parents. He also was given snacks and lunches upon request of his parents when needed.
