Program Administrator, Teacher 1, Teacher 2, Teacher 3, and Teacher 4 all denied that the children spit up on toys and it is not cleaned. On 9/5/2025, I observed the classroom floors and equipment to be clean. The toys that had been in children's mouths were in the yuck bucket out of reach.

On 9/5/2025, I observed the classroom floors to be clean. No children ate off the floor and there was no spit up on the floor.
