Based on the interviews that were completed, there is insufficient evidence to support that LT 1 did not provide appropriate care and supervision of children at all times, specifically on 06/03/2025. Program staff, Witness, and parents reported that they have not observed LT 1 moving or interacting with the children aggressively. During my on-site inspection on 06/27/2025, I did not observe LT 1 grabbing children aggressively or roughly. Her interaction with the children was appropriate.
