During the interim inspection, I observed eight children from classroom 314 using the 310 B Gross Motor room as a nap room. The 310 B 2 LANDMARK BUILDING • 105 W. ALLEGAN STREET • LANSING, MICHIGAN 48933 Michigan.gov/MiLEAP gross motor room has an approved capacity of 6 children ages birth - 30 months.

During the interim inspection, I found an inhaler in classroom 320 without the prescription label.

During the interim inspection, I observed classroom 314 using the 310 B Gross Motor room as a nap room. They divided the space in 310 B in half changing the initially approved space into two well-defined spaces.

During the interim inspection, I found a tube of Boudreaux butt paste in a cabinet under the diapering station in classroom 314 without a child lock so it was accessible to children.
