The PA and Mrs. Knowles notified all parents of the communicable disease hand-foot and mouth was going around the facility by posting it in a conspicuous place at the facility and verification was forwarded via the app used by the center. Both methods were verified by this consultant during the onsite investigation and interviews with parents.
