    During the interim, Don Vita observed excessive clutter throughout the home. In the bathroom, the counter was filled with towels, plastic cups, containers, and various household items. In the kitchen, there was no available counter space. The kitchen counters were filled with glass jars, dishes, pans, cups, silverware, cookie sheets, candles, batteries, food, and numerous kitchen items. All of these materials were stacked on top of each other presenting a hazard to children since it could be easily pulled down by a child. The kitchen table was unusable due to it being filled with food, dishes, containers, glass jars, tissue, silverware, and various kitchen items.

    The exit to one of the bedrooms was blocked with several plastic containers stacked on top of each other and there were toys and clothes also obstructing the means of exit.
