On 0610312021, 1 interviewed Child A's Mother via telephone_ She reported that on 06/02/2021 Child A told her that aE butt at it had a ened' in the pla rrocoom where the ba yes tsoleuecph ejc playroom] and thi was years old life She re cried that Child A had attended a daycare in elding, 11 when rwas etween and years of age. then. attended child care at Ronda Antes from approximately the unto W She recalled a time when she picked Child A up from can a Antes w en o er something about another child, "I believed Child A and that something ha happened..' happened but didn't know who or what exactly had She remembered she spoke to Ronda Antes about it and that she told her that she was not aware of anything that had happened. She then requested that Ronda Antes keep Child A within her eyesight when was in her care. At that time, she also made arrangements to have Chu A watched by family members as often as possible. She said Child A was never resistant to Ronda Antes and she has no concerns with her as a caregiver. On 06110/.2021, 1 completed an on-site inspection. Ronda Antes was present along with child care staff member Bonnie Lund and adult household member M . There were eleven children in attendance. I explained the allegations to ona Antes and took pictures of the child information cards. I interviewed Ronda Antes. She confirmed that Child A had attended her child care sMi from approximately until the . When she first started 0 caring form, wtahs e"e;, hiaadds epar!!RonNan!!e1yNwhen jwas dropped off, didn't communicate verbally and did not engage and play with the other children.. • liked playing with the rnosaurs, made of a lot of dinosaur noises and played by .She could not recall anything specify having happened while attended. >if I was [had been] aware of it occurring I would have addressed it wi the parents." She did recall that she had a conversation with Child A's Mother and that she requested Child A not be allowed to play in the back playroom and to always keep in her eyesight. She said that she rarely uses time out with the children and s e could not recall ever having sent a child to time out for something they did to Child A. The back playroom is accessed by going through the dining room and taking approximately two or three steps down a hallway. Due to the playroom being located in the hallway, there is not a direct line of vision into the room from any of the other rooms in the house. During nap time, child care staff member Bonnie Lund would stay in the back playroom with the children until they fell asleep. Not all the children took naps, so some of the children would have been at the dining room table doing arts and craft type activities. When someone would wake up, they would go into the back playroom and bring that child out into the other rooms so they did not wake up the other children, Child care staff members are not in the playroom the entire time the children are in there sleeping and it is possible that Child A could have been in the back playroom with other children unsupervised. I interviewed child care staff member Bonnie Lund. She has worked for Ronda Antes since aapppprorxoixmiamteal tely_..
