All child care staff members and the Licensee Designee (LD) consistently reported that Child A was not deprived of opportunities to be physically active. Child A’s Mother was unable to definitively say how long Child A was in the highchair, how often he was using the highchair or if he had activities provided. She did not deny advising the CCSM's that Child A likes the highchair and is soothed by it.
