I observed attendance records of the children and the staff. I did not find any evidence that the classrooms are out of ratio.

I observed the gross motor skill room. There was a hole in the wall. The program administrator explained that maintenance had been informed and they were looking to repair the hole in the wall. The children in care did not have access to the room while it is being repaired. I observed signs stating the area was closed. I also observed the room being blocked off stopping children in care from getting into the room. The room did not have any furniture or equipment. The room looked like it had been empty for some time.
