Observations during site visits and interviews did not produce evidence to support the allegation.

Allegations of care and supervision were investigated. Interviews occurred with the licensee designee, Teacher 1, Teacher 2, Teacher 3, Teacher 4, and Teacher 5. Interviews were conducted with Child A, Child A's Mother, Child B's Mother, Child C's Mother, Child D's Mother, Child E's Mother, Child F's Mother, and Child G's Mother. MDHHS worker interviewed Child D, Child E, Child F, and Child G. Consultation occurred with the MDHHS worker and Saginaw Township Police Detective. Medical records were reviewed. Two site visits were conducted. Teachers were observed providing adequate care and supervision. MDHHS did not make a finding against the child care center. Saginaw Township Police are not pursuing charges. The information gathered throughout the special investigation does not support the allegation.
