The child care staff members did not inappropriately discipline a child in care at the center. On 12/8/2025, the licensee/program director Desirae Weiss was overheard verbally disciplining her own child in her office. Desirae admits that she told her daughter that she was going to spank her when they returned home. Desirae did not physically discipline the child at the center. Desirae was unaware that someone had entered the center and could hear her speaking with her child. I was able to speak to the complainant source via telephone and confirmed that Desirae told the complainant source that she was speaking to her own child. The complainant source denied that any p hysical discipline was observed.
