R 400.8137 · R 400.8137 1 Diapering; toileting. (6) Diapers and training pants must be checked frequently and changed when wet or soiled.
I spoke with nine parents of infants and none had any concerns with their children's diapers and training pants being checked frequently and changed when wet or soiled. The center has a policy that states infants will be changed on a changing table every two hours or as needed. There is no evidence to support the allegation that diapers and training pants are not being checked frequently and changed when wet or soiled.
