Courtney Terry violated appropriate care and supervision when she put children in care at risk due to her involvement with a convicted felon and drug related activities. Although Courtney Terry reports that ineligible individuals were not on the premises while children were in care, they were on the premises on occasion. In addition, Detective Adam Morse reported there were two loaded firearms in her bedroom on 4/10/2026, one of which was loaded and in reach of the related child.
