During a onsite inspection on 3/25/26, I observed that the Early Preschool Classroom had broken blinds on the windows, broken dramatic play kitchen equipment, soiled rugs, chipped walls, soiled chairs, broken cubbies, soiled cubbies, a basket of soiled rags under the sink, and in the bathroom overflowing trash with dirty diapers, and the base of the toilet was unclean. 3 LANDMARK BUILDING • 105 W.
