Based on the interviews that were conducted, there is insufficient evidence to support that CCSM 1 did not provide appropriate care and supervision of Child A. CCSM 1 denied the allegation. The CCSMs that were interviewed stated that CCSM 1 was never left alone with Child A, he never entered the classroom, and he never helped Child A or any other children use the bathroom. On 12/17/2024, CCSM 2 went with the class and CCSM 1 to the gym. He was never left alone with the class.
