Tara Peters did not ensure a minor household member was fingerprinted when she turned 18 years old in June of 2025. As of the date of this report, the said household member still had not been fingerprinted.

R 400.1932(1) · R 400.1932(1) Home maintenance and safety. The structure, premises, and furnishings of a child care home must be in good repair and maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable condition.

The approved child use spaces, the dining room and living room were not maintained in a safe and clean manner. There were several toys scattered across the living room floor, which limited the child use space and created a tripping hazard. The dining room table provided limited space for the children to use. In addition, the outdoor play area had pieces of play equipment that were not safe for the children to use but were being kept in the outdoor play space.
