Based on our findings, investigation, and review - which includes considering the investigation and findings of MDHHS -CCLB determines Garshele Sims, licensee is conducive to the welfare of children and Garshele Sims is eligible to be associated with a child care organization.

Based on interview with Garshele Sims, licensee Child A did not receive any discipline on 11/17/2025. Child A was observed to have an abrasion inside of her mouth. Child A did not have any accidents on 11/17/2025. Witness 1 stated that Child A received a medical exam on 11/17/2025. It is unknown what caused the skin irritation in Child A’s mouth.
