According to Ms. Davis' attendance, Child A was in care a total of 15 days. On some days he was in and out of care twice. Some in and out times were circled and some were not. Ms. Davis explained that Child A was in her care at the times that were not circled. During the times that were circled, she had taken him to an unlicensed provider for care, because she would have been over capacity or out of ratio if he was in her care at that time. Based on Ms. Davis' statement regarding the circles, Child A was in Ms. Davis' care a total of 8 days. (He was in the unlicensed provider's care a total of 11 days and in the care of both on 4 days.)
