Based on my interviews with the LD and teachers, there is no evidence to support that Teacher 1 used any physical discipline with Child A.

Teacher 1 did not see the blue mark on Child A's face to report to the parent. Lead Teacher 1 and Teacher 1 were not aware of any incident that caused the blue mark on Child A's face.
