During the inspection, I observed toddler-age children in Classroom 7. Classroom 7 is not approved for toddler-age children.

Positive methods of discipline were not used when Teacher 1 grabbed Child A by the wrist and when Teacher 2 admitted to using "pow pow" to tap children on the backs of the hands when they do not listen.
