On 10/28/2025, Child A was redirected and removed from the handwashing staircase. The handwashing staircase was positioned in various areas of infant Room 2. Repositioning the handwashing staircase allowed Teacher to provide appropriate care and supervision with a clear and unblocked view of Child A.
