During the inspection I observed the children in care using hand sanitizer in lieu of hand soap and water during snack time. The licensee was made aware of the hand washing requirements and sent the children inside to wash their hands before snack time.

In the bathroom, I observed a bottle of bleach in an unsecure cabinet where it was accessible to the children. During the inspection, the licensee removed the bleach and placed in a secure location inaccessible to the children.

In the bathroom that the hand washing sink used by the children , the water exceeded 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The hot water was tested to be 131 degrees Fahrenheit.
